c/c++ developer for mobile games

• Manage the development, hiring, dismissal, and evaluation of the programming team;
• Develop team- and project-level processes, including implementing and scaling AI practices;
• Solve complex technical problems, develop solution architecture, and ensure rapid implementation;
• Supervise the stability and quality of game software;
• Conduct code and design reviews;
• Program and refactor game logic.

• At least 3 years of experience developing commercial projects in C++ and/or Unity;
• Experience developing projects released in production;
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team of 3 or more programmers;
• Understand AI infrastructure and modern tools, and integrate them into the development process;
• Nice to have: confident knowledge of modern C++14/17 standards and STL, experience with popular game engines such as Unity, Unreal, Godot, Cocos2D, or Defold, experience developing casual mobile games.
