• Design, modify, and maintain business reports and applications using Power BI and Databricks
• Develop and maintain data processing pipelines in a Databricks/dbt environment
• Build and collaborate on AI Agents within the Databricks environment
• Prepare and modify SQL scripts for data modeling
• Support requirements analysis, identify data sources, and build ETL processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and programs to create datasets that meet reporting needs and address systemic issues
• Develop and maintain project documentation
• Implement best practices, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and optimize processes
• Mentor team members and support the development of their technical skills
• Collaborate with the project team using Jira for planning, tracking, and task management to ensure efficient project delivery

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data visualization, and analytics
• Proficiency in data modeling, process optimization, and building data marts
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI (DAX, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, T-SQL)
• Advanced knowledge of Databricks (DABs, Lakeflow Pipelines, Metric Views, and optimization techniques)
• Experience managing Power BI environments and working with .pbip files alongside version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of DevOps practices and hands-on collaboration in process automation, such as CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• Practical experience with cloud environments such as Databricks and Azure
• Experience implementing data quality controls and validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies and concepts
• Familiarity with Data Governance concepts and Data Mesh architecture
