• Architect context pipelines for AI agents, curating repository boundaries, domain knowledge, test outputs, and CI feedback to help agents produce reliable, mergeable code
• Prepare task specifications with clear acceptance criteria, referenced modules, and explicit constraints
• Design and maintain agent-ready systems, including well-bounded repositories, comprehensive test suites, and CI/CD pipelines with structured outputs
• Strengthen the AI Champion community, contribute to workshops, curate agentic workflows, mentor engineers on AI-assisted practices, and contribute to organization-level AI tooling evaluations and OLX AI practices repositories
• Drive migration from a legacy monolith to microservices and own decisions on bounded domain decomposition
• Set standards for GraphQL API design, RESTful contracts, database schemas, and CI/CD quality across the tribe
• Work with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems, propose initiatives, and drive technical direction without direct authority
• Guide senior engineers in managing and reducing technical debt using AI as an accelerator

• Use agentic workflows such as Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent as the default
• Practice context engineering and design the information architecture AI agents need, including repository structure, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md configurations, code context, memory, and tool access
• Understand model-routing trade-offs and multi-agent orchestration
• Take ownership of AI-generated output by validating and refactoring it
• Have strong coding and computer science fundamentals
• Have a strong background in Golang, Java/Kotlin, and the ability to work with PHP
• Be flexible and able to adapt to changing project requirements, roles, and backend technologies
• Have experience with large-scale web applications and scalable distributed systems
• Be able to design well-bounded, future-proof domain systems aligned with business objectives
• Have deep expertise in CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational and NoSQL databases
• Align technical decisions with business strategy and influence without authority
• Communicate clearly in English with engineering, product, and leadership audiences
• Identify work proactively and take initiative
• Guide and support engineers through technical leadership and mentoring
