Vinted operates a second-hand marketplace connecting millions of members across more than 20 markets. Its businesses also provide shipping services through a network of pickup and drop-off points and secure payment services integrated into the Vinted app.

• Lead the design of V-Assist’s core agent framework;
• Design and implement secure, auditable agentic workflows with impersonation controls;
• Optimize indexing pipelines to provide the LLM with relevant and up-to-date company context;
• Partner with Staff Engineers and stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Design and DSA to turn high-level visions into executable technical roadmaps;
• Develop a multi-agent workspace where humans and AI solve complex, cross-domain problems;
• Design self-improvement loops using feedback to refine the platform’s accuracy and performance;
• Mentor IC2 and IC3 engineers;
• Conduct high-impact code reviews and ensure high engineering quality across the team.

• Deep proficiency in Python, Ruby or Go;
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and concurrency;
• Proven track record of building and scaling complex backend systems in high-ambiguity environments;
• Ability to balance long-term stability with pragmatic technical debt decisions;
• Familiarity with GenAI and RAG and interest in applying these technologies safely at enterprise scale;
• Strong communication skills for leading technical discussions and driving alignment across the team and broader organization;

• Annual gross salary range: €85.900—€116.200 EUR;
