FeedbackFruits is an edtech company that develops tools for universities and colleges to transform passive lectures into collaborative, skill-building learning experiences. The organization partners with instructors and institutions to implement these educational shifts at scale.

• Own full-stack delivery on the roadmap, from backend logic and database design to server-rendered UI;
• Lead the migration of Ember features to Rails and Hotwire;
• Redesign existing functionality in collaboration with product managers and designers;
• Handle support escalations and legacy bug-fixing;
• Improve CI/CD practices and deployment pipelines to support more frequent releases;
• Maintain performance across the stack;
• Build and maintain integrations with Learning Management Systems using LTI and partner APIs;
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

• 5+ Years of professional software engineering experience;
• Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails with production experience;
• Experience writing tests using RSpec and Capybara;
• User-oriented mindset focused on end-user experience;
• Experience working with and improving legacy codebases;
• Understanding of CI/CD practices;
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback;
• Pragmatic approach to technical decision-making and documentation;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Ember.js, experience with migration to Hotwire, AI dev tooling, Azure, or observability practices.

• Gross yearly salary between €65 000 and €92 000 (including 8% holiday allowance);
