• Contribute to the design, development, deployment, and operations of payment systems and integrations;
• Apply DevOps practices, pair programming, and modern engineering methodologies;
• Participate as a collaborative member within autonomous, cross-functional agile teams;
• Collaborate with product owners, frontend engineers, and mobile developers to deliver payment solutions;
• Develop a solid understanding of payment infrastructure and architecture;
• Support teammates through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical documentation;
• Build scalable and secure payment systems using AWS, Go/Kotlin, Kafka, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.

• Solid backend development skills in a microservices architecture;
• Proficiency in Golang, Java, or Kotlin;
• Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes;
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and modern deployment pipelines;
• Familiarity with software design and testing methodologies such as TDD and BDD;
• Experience with distributed system patterns;
• Experience across the development lifecycle, including unit/integration testing, deployment, and monitoring;
• Proficiency in working with relational databases;
• Experience with event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ;
• Nice to have: Prior experience in the Payments domain and working with PSPs & Payment methods.
