• Design, develop, and maintain OpenTelemetry SDKs, telemetry agents, and instrumentation libraries;
• Build reusable software components in Go or Python;
• Develop solutions to collect and transport logs, metrics, and traces to a centralized observability platform;
• Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize instrumentation across enterprise applications;
• Design scalable, maintainable, and well-tested software following modern engineering principles;
• Contribute to platform architecture and technical design decisions;
• Improve developer experience by creating reusable frameworks and tooling;
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing;
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of the observability platform.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience;
• Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2);
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Strong development experience with Go or Python for production-grade backend applications;
• Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry (instrumentation, SDKs, collectors, or agents);
• Experience designing or extending OpenTelemetry SDKs, libraries, or reusable components;
• Understanding of distributed systems, observability principles, and telemetry;
• Experience building scalable backend services, APIs, or platform components;
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and clean coding principles;
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies;
• Experience working in Linux environments;
• Nice to have: Experience with OpenTelemetry Collector, custom instrumentation, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, Tempo, Dynatrace, Kafka, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Platform Engineering, Developer Experience (DevEx), contributing to open-source projects, building internal developer platforms, performance optimization, distributed tracing internals, designing highly scalable enterprise platform solutions.
