Backend engineer in generative AI

We are currently looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who enjoys designing solutions, building software components, and solving technical problems independently. AI will be a tool to make work easier; your judgment will remain essential for making decisions, reviewing, and ensuring quality.

• Design and build backend components that meet business needs.
• Implement business logic, APIs, and integrations between systems.
• Develop technical tests and review results to contribute to software quality.
• Solve development problems independently and with technical judgment.
• Review code and collaborate with other team members to improve solutions.
• Use AI tools to support development, creating structured prompts and evaluating their results.

• More than 4 years of experience in software development, focused on backend.
• Experience designing and building components, APIs, integrations, and business logic.
• Independence in developing, solving problems, and reviewing code.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate development.
• Ability to write structured prompts.
• Basic knowledge of consuming LLMs and AI APIs, as well as RAG and agents.
