• Further develop our backend, with a focus on Python
• Work in our Azure cloud infrastructure
• Use modern tools such as Git and IDEs, and API-first development
• Contribute to our AI architecture (e.g. RAG systems) for intelligent platform logic
• Connect and integrate tools, interfaces, and services within our tech stack
• Actively shape and further develop our web-based platform
• Work with our UX team to ensure an optimal user experience

• Experience with Python (professional experience or advanced projects)
• Good understanding of backend development and API communication
• Interest in or initial experience with Azure
• Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
• Motivation to explore generative AI and modern architectures (e.g. RAG)
• Ability to work in a team, initiative, and enthusiasm for innovation
