backend developer in microservices

The team builds production-grade, enterprise-level systems around messaging and microservices for an EU institution project.

• Design and develop reliable, fast, scalable, and secure Java microservices;
• Build OAUTH authentication mechanisms with unit and integration tests;
• Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines;
• Deploy and configure applications on Kubernetes and Docker;
• Work in a Scrum team;
• Estimate work, document solutions, and communicate clearly with peers and stakeholders.

• 12+ Years of Java backend development experience, including REST APIs, RDBMS, microservices, CI/CD, and BDD;
• 15+ Years of overall professional experience targeted;
• At least 2 production-ready solutions built with Vert.x;
• At least 2 production-ready solutions using Apache NiFi 2.0;
• At least 1 production solution using TensorFlow, including the Java bindings;
• At least 1 production project using OAUTH;
• Solid Apache Camel and Enterprise Integration Patterns experience, including ActiveMQ and RabbitMQ;
• Experience with Spring Boot 3, Kafka Streams, SQL Server / T-SQL, OOP, and SOLID;
• 10+ Years of Agile/Scrum experience;
• English B2 or higher;
• Nice to have: Kubernetes, including Helm, probes, persistent volumes, and image optimization; Vue.js; Elasticsearch; Azure DevOps; NoSQL and graph databases; Dapr; experience in an international environment.
