• Maintain the performance, reliability, and security of backend systems;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and drive technical strategies for product development;
• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve system efficiency and uptime.

• 7+ Years of professional software development experience focused on backend technologies;
• Proficiency in Python;
• In-depth understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management;
• Experience developing and deploying cloud solutions using AWS, including ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, and RDS;
• Strong background in microservices architecture and distributed systems;
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases;
• Strong debugging skills and understanding of performance optimization techniques;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and engineers;
• Nice to have: Django, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, DevOps principles and practices.
