Quin builds digital healthcare tools for GPs, caregivers, and patients. Its scalable software supports care routing and care pathways across the Netherlands, with products such as ZorgvraagHulp and ZorgpadHulp used by GP practices, out-of-hours services, and care groups.

• Own backend code from architecture through deployment;
• Build robust, maintainable backend services designed to scale;
• Translate product goals into scalable systems with product, design, and engineering peers;
• Work autonomously, communicate clearly, and execute with focus;
• Apply TDD, DDD, and Clean Architecture best practices.

• Proven experience building scalable backends in a production environment;
• Deep understanding of APIs, data modeling, and system design;
• Strong accountability for delivery and a bias toward action;
• Clear communication and ability to work in a flat, no-nonsense structure;
• Nice to have: Affinity with or curiosity about digital healthcare, MDR compliance, and information security.
