Backend developer in banking

• Develop and maintain applications, identify best practices, and produce technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers, distribute tasks, and follow up on deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and production support teams.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Solid experience with Java 17 or later, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs.
• Knowledge of Git and messaging systems (Queue Messaging), particularly Kafka or equivalent.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies.
• Good communication skills, autonomy, proactivity, analytical thinking, and team spirit.
