Backend developer golang node pub / sub in messaging

Are you an experienced Backend Developer who enjoys building distributed systems, real-time infrastructure and solving complex scalability challenges? • Working on highly scalable distributed systems, you'll design and build new platform capabilities, improve performance and reliability and solve complex engineering problems at scale.
• You'll contribute across low latency messaging, Pub / Sub services, state synchronisation and next generation AI communication infrastructure, delivering production grade software used by developers around the globe.
• Working in an AI first engineering environment, you'll leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development while retaining full ownership of architecture, code quality and technical decision-making.

• You have strong backend development experience with Go, Node.js or another modern server-side language
• You have experience building or operating distributed systems, messaging platforms, event-driven architectures or streaming technologies
• You understand scalability, concurrency, performance optimisation and fault tolerant system design
• You have experience with Pub / Sub messaging
• You enjoy solving complex technical challenges and delivering high quality, production ready software
• You're comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced engineering environment
• You embrace modern AI development tools while maintaining a strong focus on engineering quality
