• Collaborate with the Tech Lead to architect new features and deliver them through completion;
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software;
• Mentor junior team members and uphold code quality through pull requests;
• Help team members with technical questions;
• Stay up to date with technology trends and present findings during Get Stuff Done Days;
• Work with the cross-functional team to uphold high technical standards across the product.

• Experience developing software with a JVM language and Spring Boot in large-scale production systems;
• Understanding of microservice architecture;
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, preferably Postgres;
• Appreciation of modern cloud architecture, preferably AWS;
• Actively help yourself and others succeed;
• Continuously learn and challenge the status quo;
• Think globally and act locally;
• Strong bias for action and open, direct, timely feedback;
• Nice to have: Kotlin experience.
