• Develop and optimize backend systems with PHP, Symfony, and Doctrine, particularly for laboratory order and result processes, interfaces with laboratory systems, and asynchronous processing
• Design robust APIs and deliver performant, scalable, and reliable solutions
• Ensure code quality and reliable releases through testing with PHPUnit, PHPStan, and Playwright, as well as monitoring and debugging
• Contribute to CI/CD, deployment, and the DDEV-based development environment
• Use Claude Code and the Anthropic stack in development while retaining technical control and responsibility for the code
• Contribute to technical decisions where appropriate
• Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, Product, and stakeholders in an agile environment

• 3+ Years of professional experience in PHP backend development
• Experience with Symfony or comparable frameworks, Doctrine, relational databases such as MariaDB/MySQL, APIs, and interfaces
• Familiarity with Docker, DDEV, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Structured and independent working style, high quality standards, and a pragmatic mindset
• Take data protection and healthcare compliance seriously
