• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, or natural sciences
• Hands-on experience with Java and/or other object-oriented programming languages through university projects, internships, personal projects, or professional experience
• Experience developing backend applications and a good understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, contextual, and logical skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to understand clients and teams
• An ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for software development and exploring new technologies and programming concepts
