- Design backend systems and APIs that run real-time, business-critical accounting logic
- Own architecture, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring
- Build and ship end to end
требования
- At least 5 years of backend engineering experience; any language
- Deep experience with complex business logic products
- Strong database skills, including PostgreSQL, SQL, ORMs, migrations, and schema design
- Experience deploying on AWS or similar, with solid CI/CD and production-readiness fundamentals
- A strong work ethic and high agency
- A pragmatic, fast-moving, curious approach, making decisions based on reality rather than theory
