backend developer for energy technology

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using C# .NET and Python;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Implement security measures and data protection protocols;
• Write unit test cases;
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers;
• Manage web servers and configure essential services for optimal performance;
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enhance system functionality;
• Assist with the transition from monolithic to microservices architecture;
• Implement and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS;
• Use Infrastructure-as-Code tools to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management;
• Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads, networking, and resource allocation;
• Develop, package, and maintain applications as containers;
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads.

• 5+ Years of experience in backend development;
• Strong proficiency in either C# .NET or Python;
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture;
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts and SQL and NoSQL database systems;
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git;
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines;
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities;
• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban in a software development environment;
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and Infrastructure-as-Code tools;
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Podman;
• Experience with container orchestration and Kubernetes workload management;
• Understanding of networking concepts in cloud environments, including VPCs and gateways.
