backend developer for e-mobility

CUBOS develops intelligent charging solutions for B2B customers working toward climate neutrality. The company develops its own wallboxes and charging management software, and provides complete charging infrastructure packages including consulting, wallbox installation, and photovoltaic installation. Its CUBOS.Connect and CUBOS.Energy software manages and bills charging infrastructure for individual charging stations and entire charging parks.

• Develop and operate scalable backend systems based on C#;
• Design and implement payment processes with a focus on Stripe integration;
• Develop solutions for automated billing processes and ensure their reliable operation;
• Integrate existing billing systems into the backend landscape and optimize the related interfaces;
• Contribute to the further development of backend architectures and technical standards.

• Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable qualification;
• Several years of professional experience and strong software development skills, for example in C#, ideally in a backend or systems environment related to e-mobility;
• Experience with payment systems, ideally Stripe;
• Understanding of interfaces, distributed systems, technical data communication, and data integration;
• Basic understanding of legal requirements in payment and billing, especially data protection and secure handling of payment data;
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style;
• Teamwork skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration;
• Good German and English skills.
