Sumsub is an AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations at scale. It connects identity and business verification, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, and risk workflows to help organizations reduce manual work and enter new markets.

• Develop data processing algorithms for remote identification and authentication of individuals, covering both product and technical aspects;
• Improve and develop internal tools for compliance officers from scratch;
• Apply test-driven development and A/B testing;
• Optimize and automate CI/CD pipelines to increase reliability and deployment speed;
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune the performance of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.

• Good command of the English language;
• Familiarity with Java 17, Dropwizard, Restler, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis, Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, and Airflow;
• Understanding of product development and passion for building software that provides a great experience;
• Experience writing clean, high-quality code and automated tests to verify its operation;
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work in a team;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
