• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with building software applications, end-to-end system ownership, and software systems design
• Experience with effective communication
• Familiarity with continuous quality and process improvement
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Understanding of software development best practices and testing practices
• Ability to write readable and reusable code
• For Full Stack positions, React.js experience is required for frontend development
