The team develops credit workflows for a bank’s corporate clients. The application supports decision-making for most of the bank’s products and integrates with other systems through REST APIs and asynchronous RabbitMQ communication.

Develop and design backend solutions in Java
Act as the Technical Lead in the team
Design distributed systems and microservices
Develop REST integrations and event-driven communication
Design and develop RabbitMQ-based solutions
Define and enforce code quality standards
Conduct code reviews
Mentor and support less experienced developers
Participate in architecture design and solve complex technical problems
Develop and maintain CI/CD processes
Collaborate with business teams, analysts, architects, and development teams
требования
At least 5 years of backend development experience
Practical knowledge of Java
Advanced knowledge of REST API and RabbitMQ
Experience with event-driven architecture
Knowledge of AsyncAPI, Oracle, Git, Maven, Jenkins, OpenShift, CI/CD, Agile, software deployment processes, and Jira
Experience conducting code reviews and defining quality standards
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
Experience mentoring and technically leading a team
