The project is in the banking sector and involves developing and maintaining modern backend and integration solutions. It includes designing and building APIs consumed by external systems and teams.

Create high-quality code
Design technical solutions
Design REST APIs from scratch and deploy them to production for external systems or teams
Build and maintain REST APIs in production
Create and maintain OpenAPI specifications as contracts
Integrate with existing systems, including working with legacy database schemas
Optimize SQL queries and diagnose performance issues
Run unit, integration, and contract tests using pytest
Create technical documentation
Conduct technical alignment with recipient teams
Collaborate with analysts and architects
требования
At least 3 years of commercial Python programming experience
Proficiency with FastAPI or Django REST Framework and its ecosystem, including Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, or Django ORM
Proven experience designing an API from scratch and deploying at least one API consumed by external systems or teams to production
Practical knowledge of REST API design, including resource modeling, HTTP method semantics, response codes, versioning, and idempotency
Experience creating OpenAPI specifications as contracts, not as documentation generated after the fact
Knowledge of machine authentication: OAuth 2.0 client credentials, JWT, and API keys with rotation
Good SQL and relational database skills, including query optimization
Experience integrating with existing systems
Ability to write automated unit, integration, and contract tests using pytest
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Linux/Unix, REST, SOAP, and SQL
Knowledge of FastAPI, Uvicorn, Gunicorn, and Anaconda
Ability to write clear technical documentation and conduct technical alignment with recipient teams
Experience with JIRA and Confluence

Будет плюсом: Experience in the financial sector or another regulated industry, record-level data access control, asynchronous processing with Celery or task queues, API gateway and traffic management tools, monolith-to-service-architecture migration, generating OpenAPI documentation and keeping it consistent with code, contract testing tools, supporting teams integrating with APIs, Azure or another cloud platform

Rate up to approximately 150 PLN/hour net + VAT, B2B
Hybrid work in Warsaw, up to one office day per week
