- Lead ERP development by improving and customizing the ERP system for scalability;
- Provide technical support and leadership to the development team;
- Manage implementation using SCRUM and Kanban frameworks;
- Collaborate with IT leadership and ERP specialists;
- Implement modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.
требования
- Proven leadership in ERP/CRM development, especially with Microsoft D365 F&O;
- Strong technical expertise in X++, .NET, Power Platform, and software development best practices;
- Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and ensure continuous improvement;
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills;
- Passion for driving innovation and improving ERP systems;
- Fluent English;
- Nice to have: German.
