• Design, build, and lead the development of product features;
• Develop tooling and automation for AI-first engineering workflows;
• Work on enterprise integrations and deployment scenarios across Kubernetes and cloud environments;
• Improve reliability, testing, performance, and security for production use.

• Extensive experience with Java, Kotlin, and JVM systems;
• Experience with enterprise backend software, infrastructure, or developer tooling;
• Comfortable working with Kubernetes and cloud environments;
• Ownership, clear communication, and the ability to move work forward without perfect specifications;
• Enjoy using AI in development while validating results with solid engineering discipline;
• Nice to have: experience with debugging, instrumentation, or observability-related tools, experience with .NET or Python backend products, care about developer productivity and engineering quality.
