Backend Developer

FXBO develops intelligent solutions that help Forex companies streamline their operations. Its main product is a CRM system for the Forex industry, providing lead management, verification, finance tools, trading platform integrations, reporting, and automation for more than 250 clients worldwide.

• Design, develop, and maintain flexible CRM features;
• Participate in process optimization, including task detailing, issue resolution, and prevention;
• Analyze code, refactor it, and improve performance;
• Write automated tests and review colleagues' code;
• Reduce technical debt and keep tools up to date.

• Plan work, find effective solutions, and learn independently;
• Complete tasks from start to finish;
• Have strong PHP and OOP development knowledge;
• Have experience with Git;
• Know MySQL 5.7+, including query optimization and indexing;
• Have basic knowledge of Linux, Nginx, and Redis;
• Have English at Pre-Intermediate level or higher;
• Have experience with Symfony 4+ or other frameworks;
• Have experience writing tests with PHPUnit;
• Understand SOLID principles;
• Nice to have: experience with TDD, DDD.
