Orca Security operates as a cybersecurity startup and cloud innovation leader, building Orca Sensor as part of its cloud security suite to provide deep visibility and protection to cloud workloads running on Kubernetes, serverless engines, and virtual machines.

• Build and lead the team developing Orca Sensor;
• Make and defend technical decisions;
• Grow other engineers.

• 7+ Years of production software engineering experience in low-level or back-end languages with willingness to ramp on Go fast;
• Production experience with at least one major cloud, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, and Kubernetes;
• 1+ Year as a tech lead or team lead with proven ability to make and defend technical decisions and grow other engineers;
• Open to experienced backend engineers coming from different technology stacks such as C/C++, Java, .NET, Python, Rust, or another backend language;
• English B2.

• B2B contract;
• Hybrid work format with 2 days per week in the Warsaw office;
• Team support and help with the transition to Go.
