- 2- 3 years in enterprise solutions, business transformation, consulting, solution architecture, or related technology leadership roles.
- Experience with Vendor and Customer Incentives, Rebates, Pricing, Chargebacks, or Contract Management processes.
- Proven solution architecture experience delivering enterprise-scale business and technology solutions.
- Demonstrated experience building business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and executive presentations.
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation or ERP modernization initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Vistex V4 and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
