IT Factory is a dynamic company with experience in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a major Polish insurance firm.

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for the Android platform;
• Implement new features and enhance existing solutions;
• Ensure code quality, readability, and adherence to best practices;
• Write unit tests and collaborate on integration and acceptance testing;
• Analyze requirements and participate in the design of technical solutions;
• Prepare and update technical documentation.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and developing Android mobile applications;
• Very good knowledge of Kotlin and Java;
• Experience working with Android SDK;
• Knowledge of Coroutines and Flow;
• Proficiency in MVVM architecture;
• Experience with Dependency Injection (e.g., Hilt or Dagger);
• Knowledge of Material Design principles;
• Experience communicating with backends via REST API;
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code;
• Proficiency in Git, GitFlow, Bitbucket, and JIRA;
• Teamwork and communication skills;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of the OpenCV library for image processing.
