• Take end-to-end ownership of complex epics, from technical design and API contract negotiation to implementation and deployment;
• Write clean, idiomatic Kotlin code and build modern, responsive UIs using Jetpack Compose;
• Maintain Clean Architecture and MVVM/MVI patterns and a modularized structure that supports independent team development;
• Identify memory leaks, optimize network layer efficiency, and reduce app startup times;
• Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure and Bitrise;
• Write robust unit tests and automated UI tests;
• Debug high-priority production issues and address Android OS fragmentation.

• Deep understanding of Kotlin features, including Coroutines, Flow, and Inline classes;
• At least 2 years of hands-on Jetpack Compose experience in production;
• Familiarity with Android SDK internals, Lifecycle management, and WorkManager;
• Experience with Hilt or Dagger2;
• Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, and GraphQL using Apollo;
• Experience with Room or SQLDelight;
• Expert knowledge of JUnit, Mockito/MockK, and Espresso or Compose Test;
• Understanding of Google Play Console management, App Bundles, and ProGuard/R8.
