The team prepares services for storing, managing and sharing customer data.

• Platform strategy and vision: Develop and execute a long-term plan for the development of Android applications based on market trends and business objectives.
• Engineering standards: Design, implement and oversee architectural standards, code quality and consistency across the mobile platform.
• Teaching and team development: Educate engineers, provide mentoring, foster a culture of knowledge sharing and raise technical competencies across teams.
• Modern CI/CD and automation: Review, optimize and build scalable CI/CD processes from scratch to reduce Time-to-Market (TTM).
• AI in development processes: Implement artificial intelligence-based tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, AI agents for Code Review) to optimize developers’ daily work and automate routine tasks.
• Security and vulnerabilities (Security & Vulnerability Management): Actively manage application security, monitor vulnerabilities in external libraries (SCA) and ensure compliance with OWASP Mobile standards.
• We are looking for someone to support the development and management of a mobile application for individual customers in the mobile banking team—standardizing processes.

• Experience as an Android developer.
• Excellent knowledge of the Android ecosystem—from a deep understanding of how the system and Gradle work to the latest Google standards.
• Experience transforming CI/CD—you need to know how pipelines should work at scale so they do not block development teams.
• Understanding of security: practical knowledge of how to protect an application against reverse engineering and how to manage vulnerabilities in code.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to see the bigger picture instead of focusing exclusively on individual features.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills—you can inspire people, but also assertively defend technical standards against business pressure for “quick deployments”.
• Tools/Technologies: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture, MVVM / MVI, Multimodule architecture, CI/CD, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI, Fastlane, Gradle (Kotlin DSL), SonarQube, detekt, integrations with LLMs supporting developers.
• Education: higher education.
• Experience in the banking sector.
• Будет плюсом: Experience in a Senior Android Developer / Tech Lead position is welcome; Openness to innovation—practical experiments with AI/LLM in the SDLC process will be a great asset
