AI & full-stack automation engineer in real estate

TEMPO Holding is a real estate development company focused on improving business processes and digital transformation. We are looking for a technically strong, analytical, and proactive person who can identify business problems, automate processes, and create digital products using AI and modern software technologies.

• Audit existing IT systems, CRMs/ERPs, databases, and integrations;
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities;
• Build full-stack web applications and internal digital tools;
• Integrate APIs and various software systems;
• Automate workflows using n8n, Make, or similar platforms;
• Build AI-powered tools and processes;
• Test and implement solutions, and evaluate the results.

• Practical experience in full-stack development;
• Knowledge of frontend, backend, REST APIs, and SQL databases;
• Experience working with Git;
• Practical use of AI/LLMs and AI coding tools;
• Experience or relevant practical knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation;
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and set priorities.
• A person who independently finds solutions to problems, quickly builds working prototypes, and takes them through to practical use. They can determine when a new system needs to be built and when an existing system should be integrated or automated.
