We’re hiring an AI-first developer for our Chatbot project · Today, one strong engineer with AI tools can do what used to take a whole team. That’s who we’re looking for. What we’re building. A smart LLM-powered chatbot that answers user questions. Your job is to take it to production in three places: a standalone app, Telegram, and our live website. How you’ll work. Alongside our lead engineer, but on your own, with your own area of ownership. The head of the product sets the goals; how you reach them is up to you.

• Build the bot and integrate it into the app, Telegram, and the website
• Design how it answers: prompts, context, RAG, and data sources
• Improve it based on what users tell us
• Bring your own ideas, not just work through a backlog

• 5+ years of commercial development. Our stack is Python, but a strong generalist from another language is just as welcome
• Claude, Cursor, and Copilot are part of your daily work, and you can explain how you use them
• Some hands-on experience with data, ML, or LLM APIs, even if only in pet projects
• Comfortable connecting systems to different platforms through APIs, bots, and web
• You pick up unfamiliar problems and work them out yourself. If something goes wrong, we hear it from you first
• English at B2 or above: the team works in two languages

• $5,000–6,000 a month, fully remote work, a product with real users, an international team, minimal bureaucracy, and freedom to choose your own tools and approaches.
