At the Engineering Competence Center, we deliver services and projects, among others, for the automotive, railway, and Oil & Gas sectors. Our specialized teams of engineers work in project groups and competence groups, whose activities we manage. We also deliver training and certification programs to develop our consultants’ engineering skills. We are currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer for a client in the pharmaceutical industry. The project focuses on creating AI-based solutions, automating software development processes, and ensuring the high quality of applications and AI agents.

• Creating and developing AI-based applications and agents.
• Using AI assistants to improve the development process.
• Verifying and assessing the quality of solutions and code generated by AI.
• Monitoring applications, analyzing errors, and optimizing the performance of AI systems.
• Independently identifying improvements and ensuring the technical quality of delivered solutions.

• You have very good knowledge of Python and experience creating applications.
• You have experience with AI solutions, LLM models, or AI agents.
• You use AI tools that support programming, such as Claude Code.
• You can assess the quality, correctness, and reliability of code generated by AI.
• You know tools for monitoring and analyzing applications, such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or AWS CloudWatch.
• You know English at a minimum B2 level.
