• Identify and assess AI use cases together with business stakeholders;
• Lead AI projects from ideation and pilots through production;
• Design solutions using Generative AI, LLM, AI Agents, and RAG;
• Select AI models, platforms, and architecture;
• Integrate AI with systems, data, and processes;
• Collaborate with Data, Architecture, Security, Legal teams, and external partners;
• Assess business value, risks, and scalability opportunities;
• Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance.

• At least 5 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Digital Innovation, or a related area;
• Experience deploying AI solutions from concept to production;
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLM, AI Agents, and modern AI architectures;
• Practical knowledge of platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar;
• Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI orchestration;
• Knowledge of cloud, data architecture, AI governance, security, and compliance;
• Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions;
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills;
• Fluent English;
• Higher education in IT, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field;
• Ability to work independently, focus on business outcomes, follow AI developments, and translate new technologies into concrete, scalable solutions;
• Nice to have: experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or another regulated industry.
