As a member of our team, you will develop innovative solutions that help our clients make informed strategic decisions.

• You contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies, concepts and technical solutions to successfully realize client-specific AI and data strategies. In doing so, you work on complex concepts for integrating data from a wide range of business areas and sources.
• You support the creation of artifacts in the agile development process and are confident working with code reviews and staging concepts.
• You also support traditional project management activities and prepare presentations tailored to their audiences.
• You actively contribute to the creation of sales presentations and marketing materials and help continuously improve our offerings.

• You are an enrolled student or graduate in (business) computer science, data science, mathematics, (business) analytics, (business) engineering, natural sciences, economics, business administration or a comparable field of study.
• You have already gained some practical experience in technical development, ideally at a professional firm or a specialized boutique consultancy, or equivalent practical experience.
• You have some experience or a strong interest in programming languages such as Python or Java and have ideally already worked with development environments such as IntelliJ, PyCharm or VS Code. Basic knowledge of software engineering is an advantage, but not essential; what matters much more is your willingness to learn about new topics.
• You are enthusiastic about new topics and technologies such as artificial intelligence.
• You work independently and in a structured way, are a team player, think analytically and have a persuasive personality.
• You have excellent spoken and written German and English skills and very good MS Office skills.
