• Lead the design and delivery of AI/ML and agentic systems for complex business problems;
• Build and deploy scalable AI products aligned with business goals;
• Drive adoption of AWS, Azure, and GCP for ML/AI industrialization;
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of production AI systems;
• Design and oversee scalable data pipelines and architectures;
• Lead data ingestion, preprocessing, and transformation across hybrid environments;
• Implement data quality, validation, and drift detection processes;
• Guide model development, evaluation, and optimization;
• Drive experimentation and continuous improvement of model performance;
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows;
• Oversee production deployments and operational excellence;
• Maintain clear documentation of AI systems and processes;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions;
• Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences;
• Mentor team members and support skill development;

• MSc/PhD in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience;
• Experience as an AI/ML Engineer with proven delivery of AI systems;
• Strong Python skills;
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and crew.ai;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or CloudFormation;
• Experience with ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn;
• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, and broader AI techniques;
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML services such as SageMaker;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Experience in Agile environments;
• Nice to have: AI/ML/cloud certifications such as AWS ML or Azure AI Engineer.

• Minimum monthly gross compensation is 20 240 PLN;
