• Build and own the agent layer, including harness design, prompt architecture, the tool layer, orchestration, and context strategy;
• Build and own evaluations that determine whether an agent change improves performance;
• Build backend APIs, services, data models, and integrations with company systems, plus the frontend that exposes them;
• Design for prompt injection, cross-tenant data leakage, and access control when handling client financial data;
• Extend the scope to cover edge cases, failure modes, UX, and success metrics;
• Investigate unfamiliar infrastructure, find the right people, and drive decisions;
• Take ownership of an end-to-end scope and carry it through to production;
• Propose solutions, start with simple working versions, and consider post-release usage and impact.

• Production experience building LLM agents, including harness structure, prompt architecture, tool calling, RAG, MCP, context management, and debugging pipelines;
• Treat evaluations as an engineering discipline with measurable answers;
• Strong backend engineering skills in TypeScript/Node and working Python knowledge;
• Ability to build a competent frontend independently;
• Experience using Claude Code or an equivalent agent harness with skills, subagents, hooks, or custom tooling;
• Ownership of every line shipped, including AI-generated code;
• High autonomy in taking a scope from concept to completion;
• Security-oriented thinking before shipping;
• Ability to design sufficiently minimalistic user interfaces;
• Working proficiency in Russian;
• Working proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: background in financial services, brokerage or fintech, Slack apps, CRM integrations, OAuth / on-behalf-of flows, agent observability and tracing at scale.
