Own the full lifecycle of evaluation pipelines, data collection, Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), and Reinforcement Learning (RL).
Collaborate closely with design to ensure every feature is intuitive and polished.
Grow into a technical leader, taking ownership of significant parts of our AI roadmap.
