задачи
- Design, build and deploy AI/ML solutions, including LLM-based applications and ML pipelines
- Translate business requirements from clients into reliable, production-ready systems
- Evaluate, fine-tune and monitor models to ensure quality, performance and scalability
- Collaborate with our international engineering, product and data teams
- Document solutions and communicate technical progress clearly to stakeholders
требования
- Currently based in the country where this position is listed, with the legal right to work as a contractor
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning) and MLOps practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Advanced English, written and spoken (required)
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, multicultural environment
