• assist in designing, implementing, and testing machine learning models that power investment research features.
• working with pattern recognition algorithms, experimenting with neural network architectures, and contributing to NLP models used to analyze financial texts and reports.
• collaborate with software developers to integrate AI models into production systems
• help improve data pipelines
• participate in code reviews and model performance evaluations.
• documenting experiments, presenting findings to the team, and iteratively refining models based on feedback and real-world usage.

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and coding in languages such as Python or similar.
• Knowledge of Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including experience with common machine learning frameworks and model evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), with interest in applying NLP to financial or technical texts.
• Ability to work with data sets, perform basic data cleaning and feature engineering, and interpret quantitative results.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Comfort collaborating in a team environment, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
