AI engineer for contract claims

We are Remobi - we help businesses scale and innovate through high-performing, remote nearshore tech teams. We’re hiring an AI Engineer, Agentic Systems to join a global energy technology leader, owning an AI agent that finds and evidences claims and change orders across large infrastructure contracts. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role. You’ll be the sole engineer on the use case, taking it from POC to production on an existing agentic platform, working closely with Commercial Project Managers and the business product lead.

• Own the design and build of the agentic claims engine end to end
• Extract data from long contract PDFs into a structured, validated data model
• Build an agent that detects claims and change orders, linking each to the relevant clause and evidence
• Design the human-in-the-loop review process for business experts
• Implement reusable skills on the existing Deep Agents (LangGraph) harness
• Adapt evaluation sets, add OpenTelemetry observability, and set up Terraform and CI/CD

• 5+ years in software or ML engineering, including 2+ years building LLM or agent systems in production
• Strong Python and hands-on experience with Deep Agents, LangGraph or similar agent frameworks
• Strong AWS experience, ideally including Bedrock, plus Docker
• LLM evaluation experience, including grounding outputs in cited sources
• Confident working independently with business stakeholders, fluent in written and spoken English
