• Identify and understand business problems with stakeholders and architect AI-powered systems to address them;
• Design, build, and maintain autonomous agents, generative workflows, and fine-tuned Large Language Models;
• Integrate AI capabilities into new and existing applications with software engineering, product, and infrastructure teams;
• Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies, models, and platforms;
• Own and operate the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle on Google Cloud Platform, including data pipelines, CI/CD model deployment, performance monitoring, and scalability;
• Act as a subject matter expert in Generative AI, Agentic systems, and the broader AI landscape;
• Communicate AI architectures, capabilities, and performance metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, including system architecture diagrams, model cards, code documentation, and operational runbooks.

• 2+ Years of professional experience in an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or related software engineering role;
• Mastery of Python and its core AI/ML libraries;
• Strong SQL experience and hands-on experience with vector databases for RAG implementations;
• Ability to build, fine-tune, and deploy production-grade Generative AI systems and multi-step agentic workflows from the ground up;
• Experience with modern agent frameworks, specifically Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) or similar toolkits such as LangChain or LlamaIndex;
• Strong proficiency in the GCP ecosystem and direct experience deploying and managing AI solutions using Agent Platform;
• Understanding of production AI deployment challenges, including model limitations, scalability, and reliability;
• Experience designing and implementing evaluation frameworks to measure and compare the accuracy, latency, and cost of Generative AI workflows and agentic systems;
• Ability to execute work from design through implementation with guidance when needed;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (C1).
