• Apply spec-driven approaches and agentic AI tooling to analyze code health, perform assessments, and triage defects at scale;
• Validate and fix security vulnerabilities, execute dependency upgrades, and resolve SAST/DAST/CVE findings;
• Build functional, integration, and end-to-end test suites using AI tooling to reach 70%+ coverage;
• Enroll additional portfolio services into the agentic analysis and remediation pipeline;
• Refine the pipeline's automation patterns;
• Perform architectural evaluations for flagship codebases exceeding 500k LoC;
• Formulate targeted analysis and refactoring strategies;
• Partner with London-based onsite consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to validate findings;
• Prioritize backlogs and align on remediation goals.

• Strong general software engineering background;
• Proven ability to navigate, understand, and contribute production-quality changes across under-documented legacy codebases;
• Hands-on experience using LLMs in software engineering to drive agentic coding workflows, generate tests, and remediate non-trivial code at scale;
• Strong test engineering mindset and ability to distinguish raw line coverage from true functional confidence;
• High autonomy and a pragmatic, get-it-done attitude;
• Fluent written and spoken English with clear technical communication skills;
• Based in Poland and comfortable working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in-office;
• Nice to have: Production experience with C# / .NET and/or Python, exposure to specification-driven AI tools or repeatable code-analysis pipelines, experience with CVE triage, dependency upgrades, SAST/DAST tools and enterprise CI/CD platforms, experience in financial services, asset management, or heavily regulated enterprise environments.
