Grid Dynamics provides technical leadership and architecture services for a multinational retail enterprise, supporting initiatives across store technology, merchandising, home services, online retail, and SRE.

• Partner with client stakeholders and the account team to elicit requirements and identify modernization opportunities
• Design, scope, estimate, and present technical proposals to client leadership
• Guide won initiatives to technical success and provide architecture governance from inception through delivery
• Architect resilient, distributed microservices ecosystems and event-driven systems at enterprise retail scale
• Drive the adoption of AI-first and AI-native development practices across engineering teams
• Provide architectural guidance for in-store systems, POS integration, and digital retail platforms
• Define reliability, operational readiness, and SRE standards for critical retail operations

• 7+ Years of experience in senior solution/delivery architecture or technical leadership roles in enterprise client-facing environments
• Retail domain knowledge and architecture experience in Store Technology, Merchandising, or Omnichannel
• Deep expertise in microservices architecture using Java and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience designing event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka
• Understanding of modern web frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Architecture experience with POS and store-level systems
• Practical experience applying AI-first or AI-native development workflows and AI-assisted coding tools across the SDLC
• Ability to translate client business needs into technical solutions, detailed estimates, and proposals
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and technical leadership skills
