• Strategically lead and advise on AI initiatives aligned with the AI Lab and company objectives;
• Assess business requirements with diverse client teams and design tailored AI solutions integrating generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps practices;
• Present recommendations and proposals to current and prospective AI clients, demonstrating innovative offerings and business value;
• Lead and develop Proof of Concepts and Accelerator projects using advanced cloud integration and generative AI technologies;
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements;
• Foster continuous learning and innovation within the team;
• Share relevant insights with clients and internal groups.

• At least 4 years of practical experience implementing and leading AI/ML projects;
• Practical experience in AI roles such as Consultant or AI Solution Architect;
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in a business context;
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Expertise in Generative AI and LLMs, including modern frameworks and tools such as LangChain;
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices, including model training pipelines, continuous integration and deployment, and ML model monitoring;
• Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration, proposal presentations, and stakeholder management.
