EPAM develops enterprise software products, open source solutions, and accelerators, and its team focuses on developing AI agents and related backend and frontend applications.

• Design and implement backend and full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components;
• Develop developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability for safe, fast iteration;
• Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions;
• Use current LLM patterns such as RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use, and evals to deliver reliable, efficient AI systems.

• Have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience;
• Have full-stack development skills;
• Have experience building AI agents with TypeScript, .NET, or Go;
• Be proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Have a proven track record of delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems;
• Have excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• Nice to have: familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph, vector/RAG systems or OpenSearch, expertise in ML training, deployment and monitoring, understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning and model adaptation.

• Remote work is available in Uzbekistan and 4 other locations.
