• Design and develop models for dexterous robotic manipulation for manufacturing and logistics applications;
• Lead and contribute to cutting-edge research in robotic perception, motion generation, and physical AI;
• Design, develop, and experiment with novel algorithms, architectures, and techniques that enhance the performance, efficiency, and scalability of AI models;
• Design and implement robotic applications combining conventional computer vision, motion planning, and VLA/RL models;
• Define data generation, collection, and curation strategies, and supervise data collection to scale up datasets and model capabilities.

• Strong fundamentals and implementation skills in deep learning, vision models, or multimodal models;
• Strong engineering ability with Python and PyTorch, and experience building ML models from scratch in PyTorch and/or JAX/Flax;
• System design skills and experience with complex collaborative AI projects, with the ability to implement research ideas cleanly and productize AI pipelines;
• Experience working with large scale AI training using GPU clusters and Ray;
• Strong publication record in deep learning, generative models, computer vision, or physical AI (RL, VLA);
• MS or PhD degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience;
• Nice to have: Experience with robotic manipulation for manufacturing or logistics applications or other physical AI projects such as ADAS and autonomous driving.
