• Architect and lead the development of an internal evaluation platform to transition from manual testing to a fully automated lifecycle;
• Design tools and workflows to reduce the time required to deliver calibrated, production-ready AI agents;
• Partner with the Orchestration team to build scalable infrastructure for running complex evaluations and agentic simulations;
• Serve as the AI Technical Lead for product squads, guiding them through agent design, failure analysis, and prompting best practices;
• Build a "paved road" to enable product squads to autonomously measure and maintain agent quality;
• Define engineering metrics to translate non-deterministic AI behavior into predictable standards;
• Mentor engineers on applying rigorous system design to LLMs and agents;
• Ensure production insights from agents inform the iteration of evaluation datasets.

• 8+ Years of engineering experience with a background in distributed systems, internal platforms, or developer tooling;
• Experience architecting multi-stage AI orchestrations, including agents, chained workflows, or custom runtime logic;
• Strong backend experience, preferably with Python;
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures;
• Experience building APIs and scalable services;
• Understanding of monitoring, observability, and system performance;
• Familiarity with tools like Kafka, Pub/Sub, or equivalent;
• Experience working with LLMs, including prompting, RAG, agents, and evaluation workflows;
• Nice to have: Experience building Eval frameworks to measure model performance against real-world data, experience with vector databases, semantic caching, and API integration with third-party tools.
